- The service has not been fully utilized or completed, and no substantial work or progress has already been executed by Siddhanshu Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
Refunds will not be issued if the service has been fully delivered, substantially completed, or utilized by the customer.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following categories of services are strictly non-refundable:
- Custom or personalized financial consulting services, once initiated or delivered.
- Subscription-based services, after commencement of the applicable billing cycle.
- Third-party products or services purchased through our platform, as these are governed by the policies of the respective providers.

Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank, payment provider, or financial institution, and Siddhanshu Infotech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for delays outside its control.
5. Cancellation Policy
Service cancellations must be requested before the service is initiated or before work has commenced.
Once a service has started or has been substantially progressed, cancellation may not be possible and will be subject to the refund eligibility terms outlined above.
Subscription services may be cancelled at any time; however, cancellation will only take effect from the next billing cycle, and no refund will be issued for the current cycle.
